    That’s so pretty! And I do love beets! I haven’t yet embraced quinoa yet though (I know that the UN has announced that it’s this year’s food but it’s on the pricey side)

    However, the more that I see dishes like this one, them more likely I am to pry my fingers off my purse strings and get some quinoa.
