Nearly every year, my first stop is the World of Bread at Mistura. For me, it is the perfect way to start the day. This year was no exception!

Mistura Market opens this weekend!

One of the best parts of the annual gastronomic event of Mistura is the Gran Mercado which gathers small farmers and their products in one place so that the visitors to Mistura can see, taste and buy things that they do not typically find on the shelves of their local grocery store.
